The research team of the School of Information Science and Engineering has published articles in top journals in the field of intelligent transportation

Recently, Professor Mi Bo of the Dynamic System Reliability Control and Security Maintenance Team of the School of Information Science and Engineering has made important research progress in the direction of data privacy protection of intelligent networked vehicles, and the related work was published in the top journal in the field of intelligent transportation "IEEE" with the title of "Privacy-Preserving Data Processing Method for loV Based on Homomorphic Conjugate Search Problem". Transactions on Intelligent Transportation System (DOI:10.1109/TITS.2024.3351837), the journal is a TOP journal in the first region of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with the latest impact factor of 7.9. This achievement was completed in cooperation with Anhui University, during which Professor Huang Darong of Anhui University carefully guided and strongly supported, our university was the first unit, and Anhui University and Chongqing Jiaotong University were the co-corresponding author units.

Based on the new security management and control architecture of "zero trust + intelligent networked vehicle group" driven by a full information chain, which was first proposed by his team in the world, this achievement proposes and constructs a lightweight fully homomorphic encryption algorithm to solve the privacy protection problem in the internal and external data transmission and processing of intelligent networked vehicles due to the heterogeneity and dynamic topology characteristics of the intelligent networked vehicle group under the zero trust architecture, and the low computing efficiency and slow search speed brought by traditional processing methods and limited on-board equipment capabilities to the data transmission and processing inside and outside the intelligent networked vehicle. The main idea of this method is to carry out the security specification based on the conjugate search problem, and synchronously construct the encrypted data processing module, combined with the neural network to realize the classification encryption and authorized search of traffic data, and realize the equivalent security performance in the data security management and control of the intelligent networked vehicle group, which is more suitable for real-time and large-scale Internet of Vehicles scenarios, while maintaining the same accuracy, the search and computing efficiency is greatly improved, which can effectively alleviate the efficiency limitations caused by the use of homomorphic encryption in the Internet of Vehicles.
